• Multi-Provider Support: Test models from OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and more
• API Access: Programmatic access through SDKs and REST APIs
• Detailed Reporting: Comprehensive security analysis and recommendations

2. Account Registration

To use ModelRed, you must:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You're responsible for all activities under your account and must ensure all users comply with these Terms.

3. Service Plans & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You're responsible for applicable taxes

4. Acceptable Use

• Test AI models you own or have permission to test
• Conduct legitimate security research
• Assess model safety and compliance
• Integrate our services into your development workflow

❌ You May Not:

• Test models without proper authorization
• Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Circumvent our security measures or rate limits
• Reverse engineer our testing methodologies
• Share or resell access without permission

5. Your Data & Privacy

• Your Models: You retain ownership of your AI models and configurations
• Assessment Results: Security reports and results belong to you
• Privacy: We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy
• Security: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement and research.

6. API Terms

• API keys are for your exclusive use and must be kept confidential
• Usage is subject to rate limits based on your subscription
• You're responsible for all API calls made with your keys
• Commercial redistribution requires prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

ModelRed Owns:

• Our platform, APIs, and testing infrastructure
• Proprietary testing methodologies and algorithms
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation and user interfaces

You Own:

• Your AI models and proprietary data
• Assessment results generated for your models
• Content you provide to our platform

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

Support Levels:

• Free: Community support and documentation
• Starter: Email support (48-hour response)
• Pro: Priority email support (24-hour response)
• Enterprise: Dedicated support with custom SLAs

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

We're not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages from your use of third-party AI providers
• Cost of substitute services or downtime

10. Termination

You Can:

• Cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard
• Delete your account by contacting support

We Can Terminate For:

• Material breach of these Terms
• Non-payment after notice and cure period
• Illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior
• Extended inactivity (free accounts)

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and outstanding fees remain due.

11. Legal Stuff

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware state law, United States.

Dispute Resolution

1. First: Contact us to resolve matters informally
2. Then: Binding arbitration if informal resolution fails
3. Exception: Intellectual property disputes may go to court

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class action rights.

Updates

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use indicates acceptance.
